This rest Area is the entrance to the Gooseberry Falls State Park, known for its spectacular waterfalls, river gorge, beautiful shoreline and over 80 structures created by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s and 1940s. Large parking area allows for free parking up to two hours. Features restrooms, picnic area, vending machines.
